"Offsite are currently working with us at Worcester Royal Hospital on the complete refurbishment of four wards over two storeys on the installation of a new plant room and interconnecting pipework.

We are on a tight schedule and they have delivered and continue to do so.
None of our timescales would have been met if it wasn't for them.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding and I would like to thank the Offsite team for a good job so far and look forward to the completion of the high dependence ward in the coming months."

Offsite Engineering were our Mechanical skid & module specialist on Project Apple.

The Building consists of 14 floors and 3 basement carpark levels due to the nature of the project and the already failing Programme the project needed to move into a different direction to make up the time.

Offsite gave that facility by prefabricating 2 x 14 floor risers and 80 % of the Plantroom in their factory, as well as an installation service, this was a game changer for DGL & the main contractor, without this facility the Project would have failed the deadline.

The QA of the product was fantastic meaning very little issues once delivered. The Roof is next and with the Offsite team at my disposure should once again save large amounts of time.

Offsite engineering services are working with us on the Eastland’s E01 / 02 project in Wembley where they are supplying, installing and testing mechanical riser and communal corridor area multi-service modules. OES’s performance throughout the design, manufacture and installation process has been exemplary and the close working relationship that has developed between our respective teams has allowed us to incorporate a series of client driven changes whilst maintaining progress inline with our assembly and construction programmes and without impacting on the quality of the modules. We would have no hesitation in working within OES within future projects and look forward to exploring the other prefabrication services that they offer.
